The Eagle Point Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Eagle Point Operations LLC.  The Eagle Point Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Please allow up to 24 hours for your season pass purchase to be processed.
Visit our ticketing office to get your photo taken and to pick up your pass.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Eagle Point Operations, LLC has a no-refund policy. Due to the nature of our business, refunds will not be given due to conditions, lack of snow, temporary closures, delayed opening and limited open terrain; this is a partial list. Payment cancellation will result in the loss of season pass privileges. Season pass cards are the property of Eagle Point Operations, LLC. Use of the season pass prior to or after a cancellation of payment constitutes theft of services and is punishable by law.
